Thanks for choosing to study with Kingsfield Institute, Sri Lanka. We’ve made our application process as simple and stress free as possible, just follow the five steps below. You can submit your application online.
Step 1: Complete Your Application
You can choose to complete your application either:
Via email or post:
Download the relevant form and email or post it back to us:
- Application for Admission – Domestic Form
- Application for Admission – International Form
- Application for Admission – Cross-Institutional Form
- Application for Admission – Non-Award Form

Step 2: Gather your documentation
You will need the following documents to go with your application:
- A certified copy of your passport or Sri Lankan Birth Certificate
- Certified copies of your recent academic results and qualifications
- A certified copy of your English level documentation

Step 3: Course Credit / Recognition of Prior Learning (If Applicable)
Students can apply for course credit based on their previous studies at KIBT or any other educational institution in Sri Lanka or overseas in accordance with KIBT’s Course Credit and Articulation Policy & Procedure.
Step 4: Offer of Admission – International Student Enrolment Agreement
We will process your application and if you’re successful we’ll send out the following via email:
- Letter of Offer
- Enrolment Agreement
You will need to read and complete your Enrolment Agreement (and sign it on all 6 pages).
Step 5: Paying Your Tuition Fees
Your fee amount will be detailed in your Letter of Offer and you can choose from a number of payment methods.
Email all pages of your signed Letter of Offer and Enrolment Agreement with evidence of your payment through to studnetfinance@kibt.edu.au.
Step 6: Enrolment confirmation
Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) as well as your KIBT orientation pack.
